Dr. Sotiris Kapotas, President & CEO: Dr. Kapotas is the founder of Stream and has been the key player in its growth bringing more than 20 years experience in the petroleum industry. He has been an executive with TOTAL, most recently as New Ventures and Exploration Manager in Libya. Dr. Kapotas holds a Ph.D. in Geophysics from the University of Alberta, Canada, where he specialized in heavy oil applications.
Mr. Arian Tartari, Vice President, Albania: Mr. Tartari, a co-founder of Stream is a graduate of Economics from the University of Tirana and brings experience from the Albanian business sector where he has successfully run several private companies over the last 10 years.
Mr. Mike Berezowski, COO: Mr. Berezowski, a professional engineer has over 19 years of oil and gas experience. Mr. Berezowski is a Partner and Principal of Exergy Engineers and Constructors. From 2006 to 2008 he was seconded from Exergy as acting VP Strategy and Growth Projects for Bankers Petroleum Ltd. Prior to 2005, Mr. Berezowski was with Suncor Energy.
Terry Horkoff, Head of Gas Division: Mr. Horkoff is a professional engineer with over 40 years of oil and gas experience. Mr. Horkoff has been an independent senior oil and gas consultant and an independent businessman since 1995. Prior to 1995, Mr. Horkoff was a VP with Gulf Canada.
Richard Enns, Head of Power and Facilities Division: Mr. Enns, a professional engineer has 28 years of experience in project management and process design of hydrocarbon processing facilities. He has been Engineering Manager and Principal Process Engineer with Exergy Engineers & Constructors since 2005. From 2002 to 2005 he was in private practice with R.A. Enns Technical and from 2000 to 2002 Mr. Enns was lead process engineer with Kellogg, Brown & Root.
Wayne Arnold, Head of Oil Division: 26 years in petroleum industry reservoir, production, drilling, completions, facilities engineering, field deployment, testing, operations and well servicing; various leadership roles with Encana, Pengrowth, Halliburton Energy Services, Flint Engineering & Construction; Co-founder of Distinct Energy Group
James Hodgson, CFO, Director: Mr. Hodgson, a Partner of Al Riyal Energy, has over 30 years of oil and gas experience with extensive expertise in strategy, financial management, petroleum marketing and business planning. Until recently he was the CEO of United Oil Projects in Kuwait. Mr. Hodgson has held senior management and executive positions with Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company, Qatar Petroleum, PanCanadian Petroleum (Encana) and Esso (Exxon) Canada. Mr. Hodgson received his MBA (Finance) from the University of Toronto and has a M.Sc. (Finance) from the University of Leicester in England. He has completed the academic requirements of the Certified Management Accountant accreditation and is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
